Congratulations to our member Mr. Yu Tsz-long, for his work ‘Please Don’t Open’ being chosen as one of the Recommended Works by Composers Under-30 category at the 67th International Rostrum of Composers (IRC)!


The event was held in Belgrade, Serbia, from October 12-15, 2021. With our council member - Mr. Lau Wing-fung, Galison as our delegate to attend the event on behalf of the Guild and RTHK, we presented four selected pieces written by Hong Kong composers, including Yu Tsz-long’s ‘Please Don’t Open’, Luk Wai-chun’s ‘Blue Pole’, Angus Lee’s ‘triumvirate’ and Anthony Cheng’s ‘Dark Side of the City: II – Trapped’.
